A noble, robust and muscular riding horse, approx. height 165-170 cm, clearly marked saddle, which facilitates an optimal saddling of the horse. High durability and without hereditary defects.
An expressive head, which through a medium long nape of the neck and sufficient space in the curb-groove, forms a unity with a medium long, properly set and well-shaped neck.
Long and inclining shoulder, good shoulder movement, which allows for a long forward front leg movement and proper side balance. Well-shaped long mane with smooth transition to a medium long strong back.
Oval rib cage facilitating optimal closing of the legs to the horse, good distance between ribs allowing fair space for lungs and other internal organs. A fairly short, muscular and flexible lumbar region. Long, muscular and slanting croup. A well placed tail and correct tail movement. Muscular forearm and wide, deep femoral muscle. Strong and dry limbs and pronounced joints.
Limbs must be set correctly viewed from the front as well as from the side to ensure optimal tendon function. Short and flat cannon bone. Well-bent hock. Medium-long and appropriately angled pasterns.
Well-shaped hoofs of good horn quality.
Flexible and elastic movement, steady with good bearing qualities, a good swing and amplitude in all three paces.
Temperament and character, approachable and cooperative with good learning qualities.
